My first personal mission statement was: Do no harm. Then I changed it to: The least thing I want to do is ruin someone’s day and even though I wish my mission statement was simply to make people smile, I have to remind myself that I’m capable of hurting others too. Looking at myself now, my mission statement is to embody my first mission statement and include my new one: College is the only place you’ll go where your only goal is to learn. Learn often, learn always, and learn with reckless abandon. Learn from mistakes and grow.
